I was extremely frustrated with the noise from children above me. The staff did not handle the situation well, and I had to request a room change myself. Paying for a higher-end hotel should mean fewer problems like this, especially considering it was my first trip after heart surgery.

The group of noisy children above me went unaddressed, requiring me to switch rooms myself!!! Extra soundproofing is a must for a better experience!!! Nighttime peace should be a given at higher-end hotels!!!

Comfortable stay except for billing mess
We stayed for 1 night in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. It was super clean and well kept, which we really liked. But ugh, I had some serious billing issues. Got charged for 2 rooms when I only booked 1! Took a while to sort it out, and it was kinda stressful. Breakfast was pretty good too!
